Microgaming describe this as a “hybrid” slot. Not entirely sure what that means, unless they mean it’s a cross between crap and boring. It’s just yet another 243 way slot with dodgy graphics, a dull theme (NHL fans aside) and very little imagination behind it. Even the fact that the game has a lot of features fails to raise it above the ordinary.

It even has 25 free spins available with up to a 10x multiplier… So it should be really great fun, but it isn’t. The maths feels weird, the game looks poor and it just doesn’t make you as excited as it should. I must qualify this review by saying I really don’t get hockey so if you do, or you just want to prove me wrong then give this game a go.
