Tractor Beam slot from No Limit City – Review

They’re at it again.

It’s the biggest comeback since Liverpool turned Barcelona over at Anfield.

They’re not stopping though. After a very unpromising start which I have mentioned elsewhere here NoLimit City just can’t seem to put a foot wrong these days.

The compelling and well-designed and developed games just keep rolling off the NLC production line.

This one is another cracker.

It simply has to be high variance. I didn’t experience any dead spots in my first couple of sessions (in fact the first run saw us land 5 bonus rounds in 100 or so spins).

The mechanic in the bonus round lends itself to some massive payout potential though and that has to be accounted for somewhere..

It’s all gone a bit tin foil hat over at the farm.

It appears that the animals (not to mention the royal symbols that roam around the cattle sheds – why does something always ruin the narrative?).

Anyway the aliens are lifting stuff and making it disappear.

The good news is that we want to see these Aliens as often as possible and we want them to clear out the farm.

OK enough of this.

We have a wonderful 20-line slot  game.

The big draw is the bonus round feature of course.

Clone Attack feature

There’s a secondary feature Clone Attack. This randomly selects a high paying symbol, transfers a bunch of other symbols to match it and then brings in a line of 3 on the reels.

OK that’s not exactly  how Clone Attack works but it frequently happens like that and I’ve yet to see it drop in a whopper of a win. It can though, it definitely can.

Beam ‘Em Up

The Beam ‘Em Up feature cis triggered randomly. Low paying symbols are removed from the reels and we’re given a respin with only high value symbols and scatters.

Tractor Beam Free Spins

Three or more ‘S’ scatter symbols landing anywhere on the reels will trigger the Abduction Spins free spins bonus. 3 scatters will give you 7 free spins. 4 gives you 9 spins and five will land you 12.

Hitting the 4 or 5 scatters is massively important in this game (as is the addition of the S symbol during free spins).

The difference between the number of spins awarded can really pay off as symbols are removed and ultimately, as happened in our first session, you are left with only Wilds.

That’s right, you have only Wilds left and you still have free spins. You know what  that means don’t you. Full screens of Wilds!

Summary

You need to play this one. You really do.
